As VP of Capital Markets, Vishal comes from a background of over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and structuring of deals.  Vishal is responsible for debt and equity origination for all property types, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, student and senior’s housing, hospitality and self-storage.  His expertise includes advising, negotiating, structuring, underwriting, and originating capital for commercial real estate projects via a wide array of capital sources. Vishal is solutions-driven and prides himself on listening to his client’s goals to fully understand the project at hand.

 In his free time Vishal loves to play tennis, pickleball, watch movies, read fiction books, go to local restaurants with his wife and his friends.  Vishal has two adult daughters and is enjoying being an empty nester.
