Patrick began his mortgage banking career in 1997 and achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2001, furthering his commitment to industry excellence. Patrick specializes in raising private equity and structuring strategic debt solutions for income producing commercial real estate. To date he has successfully structured over $1B in capital for his clients which are made up of entrepreneurial developers, owners and investors. Patrick’s clients recognize that his unique experience as a developer, owner and investor himself adds significant value because of his perspective, experience and ability to assemble successful capital structures.

Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends. He enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle on country roads.
