Kip’s passion for and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry are evident within a few moments of interaction with him. Kip began his mortgage banking career in 2001 and joined Venture in 2010. He became the firm’s President and CEO in 2015. In addition to leading clients through loan origination, Kip is also responsible for spearheading growth strategies, maintaining lender, client and vendor relationships and promoting company culture. Kip is wired to look for solutions; those who have worked with him know he is a problem-solver, consistently devising innovative solutions to the tough issues that often arise during loan originations, as well as running and growing the business. His success comes from his proactive approach: he takes care to identify and address potential concerns early in the process – saving clients considerable stress, time and money.

Most of Kip’s leisure time is happily spent with his wife and two children as they boat, golf, ski, read, or simply experience new things together.
