Erik Johnson came to Venture in early 2014 from a competitor, bringing with him a decade of experience as a banker and mortgage broker.

While Erik understands that each transaction is unique, he is always mindful to take the client's long-term goals into account as he considers the best lending source and structure. Erik takes time to listen to his clients, which allows him to deliver thoughtful, innovative financing solutions: this approach explains why his clients continue to trust him with their financing.

When not facilitating deals for his valued clients, Erik enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 sons, and 2 dogs, playing golf, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors.

I want the client to be better off after the transaction closes. I want to not only add value to the opportunity at hand, but to position the client for future success.
